8mm x 8mm Twisted Bar Heavy Duty Steel Grating Heavy Load Grating
Carbon Steel bar grating is a nice choice when your project requires a strong material and you are not going to expose the metal grating to an expressly corrosive environment. Choose from plain or serrated bar grating surfaces, galvanized, bare steel or painted finshes. Bar grating is available as Heavy duty steel grating. Great for industrial steel flooring and metal grates.
Heavy duty steel grating ranges in size from 1-1/4" x 1/4" to 6" x 1/2".
Vehicular loads are designed in conformance with current AASHTO specifications for classifications H-15 through H-25. Automobile and forklift loads are similarly evaluated with loads calculated and distributed in accordance with the “Maximum Traffic Conditions”. If your application is not adequately addressed by these load conditions, please contact our engineering department and we will gladly assist in the selection of a heavy duty grating to satisfy your specific needs.
